The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a recall for enoki mushrooms after its testing of the product showed contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.
The mushrooms are Gangrongtai brand, but the
LLK Trading Inc. of Linden, NJ, is recalling its 200-gram packages of enoki mushrooms, labeled as “Needle Mushrooms,” because they are contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
