C.H. Guenther & Son LLC of San Antonio, TX, is recalling its 365 Whole Foods Market Small Bites Macaroni & Cheese because of undeclared egg and meat ingredients that pose a risk of serious allergic reactions for consumers with egg allergies.

The affected product was sold nationwide in the frozen food aisle of Whole Foods Market stores.

The recall was prompted by a consumer complaint reporting that the product contained meat instead of being solely macaroni and cheese bites, revealing the presence of undeclared allergens.
